DESCRIPTION:Discover a painting using Intentional Creativity to ‘unwind’ stress within your story and in your body.\nYou will create a symbolic painting of your Divine Diva – the mysterious one within connected to your own beauty myth, and the one with the power to unwind the myths.\nPLUS + I will tell my own story of embracing my body and learning to bless it, being an adventurous girl, becoming ageless, mirror work with my beauty, and more to inspire and encourage, replacing old stories with the myths of a legend.\nA class conceived in a dream in Italy by my teacher and maestra, to liberate hidden stress, places you are ‘wound up’ or ‘uptight’ through movements combined with symbolism, sensuality and discovery organic personal painting strokes that carry the ‘shape’ of how you are feeling. Bringing it out into form so it can be transformed. Divine Dive is the metaphoric muse for our process, a hidden one within you that holds your personal beauty myth, and, will be the one to guide you to uncoil it.\nIntentional Creativity is more than just painting, it is about using magic brushes, rewritten stories, joyful movement and canvas portals to help ourselves to feel wondrous in our own bodies.\nThis methodology works directly with stuck areas of your story and patterns to liberate hidden energy so it can be expressed and freed, and by your own choice, transformed.\nIf you have been feeling trapped, wound up, up tight, ready to unravel….then join us for a cathartic journey to work with the energy of your own Divine Diva. Who is she? Only you know.\n• All art supplies are included: canvas, brushes (you can bring your own if you have\nfavorites!) paint, journal, paper. $197 total for both days.\n• The studio will be open for class from 10am – 4pm Sat & Sun\nVisit the photo gallery here: www.bridgebetweentheworlds.com\n• Water, tea, chocolate, & snacks will be available. Bring a sack lunch the first day, and\na light lunch will be provided on Sunday.\n• Wear comfortable clothes & shoes. We will do some work outside, weather permitting,\nso bring appropriate clothing & shoes for outdoors in early April.\n• Accommodations are available if you would like to stay Saturday night. Kitchen, living\narea, patio, sauna, Japanese bath, & hot tub are included in stay. $90 per night\n• Body work may be available by appointment in advance before and after class hours.\n• A Saturday evening meal may also be arranged if the students are interested in gathering\nafter class time. There are also a number of restaurants and catering/delivery available nearby.\n• No art experience necessary. Bring curiosity and discover your creative bones with us together.\nYou may pay $197 in full for the class in advance, or make two payments of $99 each, one on the date of registration and one by March 1st.
