Whether or not you have taken my Igniting the Power of the Pelvis: Creating a wildly healthy relationship with sex, money, & power workshop, these two hours will offer you a sweet, nurturing time of inspiration for you and your pelvis.

During our time together you will be invited to:

*Explore the divine qualities you would like to accept

*Create your next action step for maintaining your flame

*Integrate and anchor this experience into your body through a

sacred heart-centered Nia holistic dance experience

Participation will be at your own pace and no dance experience needed.

ABOUT SUSAN

Susan Tate is an author, teacher, sexuality educator, heart-centered life coach, wedding officiant, and wellness visionary. She has been sharing an empowering and inspirational approach to holistic health education for over five decades.

She was the Director of Health Promotion and assistant professor in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia for many years. While at UVA, Susan proposed and taught their first-ever “Sexuality Today” course.

A licensed black belt Nia (joyful somatic movement) master teacher, Susan has taught thousands of classes and presented wellness workshops internationally. She currently teaches Nia Moving to Heal for the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center at the University of Virginia.

Susan is the author of four books, (Eight if you count follow up editions!) including Wellness Wisdom: 31 Ways to Nourish Your Mind, Body, & Spirit. She is passionate about creating and inspiring individual, community, and global wellness. susantate.org
