We often think of healing as elimination of pain or illness. This is certainly one aspect of healing. However, healing can also move beyond the physical into more subtle aspects of the individual, and it can become a profound process of growth and awakening.

At Bridge Between The Worlds, Margaretta McIlvaine developed a system called Transformational Healing, which evolved out of 25 years of training and experience around healing. It is gentle and effective to free the body’s systems of stagnant, often deeply-rooted emotional blockage. Blockages are in the subtle fields of the body and affect the health of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As one releases these blocks, new perceptions emerge. Sessions are different for every individual as one holds unique energy patterning depending upon their life experiences and conditioning.

Margaretta uses her intuitive gifts to read these energies and joins with her client to create an affirming, accepting process of release and restoration. She is able to identify and gently unravel patterns, habits and beliefs that are no longer supportive.

With over 25 years in practice, Margaretta has an intensive background in energy healing, including:

  • Barbara Brennan School of Healing
  • Reiki Master Teacher
  • Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher
  • Virginia School of Massage 500 hour Program
  • Study at the Monroe Institute
  • Process Acupressure at Esalen Institute

I have found Margaretta’s work to be nothing less than magical and miraculous! Through very intentional sessions, I have cleared major issues in my life, cut relationship cords that were no longer serving me, balanced my energy centers and received powerful insight and guidance for my life’s purpose and path. I feel truly blessed each time I experience her beautiful healing energy.

The energy work I undertook with Margaretta was like a transcendental experience. I’m still a little flabbergasted at the way she spontaneously unearthed a long-term problem without prior knowledge and treated it.
