Were breathing again on July 20th!  Its not just the process alone…initial deep breathing to achieve a trance state and an individual two-hour music meditation of depth. The energy of these Virginia mountains, coupled with the advanced energies that all of you bring, and voila…we have extraordinary insights and emotional healing that transcends 3D consciousness.

*The Breathwork Process* – as many of you have experienced – opens inner pathways that roll through time and send breathers on inner journeys, potentially transcending all levels of awareness: Personal…Transpersonal…Cosmic. The meditation process is paired with creating a mandala that visually represents your journey and is completed with group sharing and ceremony. The entire experience is steered by inner awareness. What you need. Right now. And guided by your teacher within…or as some might say, your Higher Self. Similar to the effects of shamanic drumming, Buddhist chanting, trance dancing and mystical spiritual practices throughout recorded time, well travel between the worlds and return with knowledge and insight that lightens our load and illuminates the path ahead. Not only does this work enlarge any therapeutic and meditative process, its profoundly effective in healing the source of addictions.

Well spend all day within our own personal, inner-guided process and yet together in community with like-minded men and women at the enchanting Bridge Between the Worlds in Keswick. Artfully hosted by Healing Hands of Light practitioner and impeccable creator of beauty…Maggie McIlvaine.

Many people ask how this work is like other breathing” processes. There are differences. Unlike other breathworks” that you may have heard of or experienced, this form, Integrative Breathwork – pioneered by Dr. Stanislov Grof as Holotropic Beathwork and enlarged by psychotherapist and mythologist Jacqueline Small (Awakening in Time, Becoming Naturally Therapeutic, The Sacred Purpose of Being Human) – isnt about technique or muscular deep breathing throughout the process. We deep breathe in the beginning to carry ourselves into a meditative trance state. The trajectory of The Work – although body-conscious – is more about allowing your own spiritual insight and healing to arise from within.

Heres how it rolls: You will want to bring a yoga mat or similar cushioning pad, quilts, blankets, pillows and your personal journal. Please wear comfortable yoga-type clothes. And eat a light meal on the morning of the workshop and during the day. Tea and snacks – nuts, fruit, hummus and GF options – will be provided. Our setting is extraordinarily tranquil and beautiful. Bridge Between The Worlds has a full kitchen with refrigerator space if you choose to bring lunch. Some just graze on muchies at hand.

An 8:30AM to 8:45AM arrival is recommended in order to settle in and be prepared to begin at 9:00AM.
