A few words from participants of the
Mind HEART Body Balance workshop
The workshop with Susan wasn’t about learning or doing or getting something, but rather it was a gentle reminder to let go of striving for and simply come back to a state of being ‘love’. It was a very soothing experience for my heart to be in such good company, both the group energy and the loving-kindness that Susan is and the space that she holds.
Susan is amazing and a joy to be around. The workshop was so fun as well as so meaningful! I left with some simple yet profound learnings that continue to resonate with me weeks later.
I felt such a connection with Susan and the other participants right from the start of the workshop. And the sense of wonderment and discovery, just plain joy, was palpable. Loved it!
