Spiraling Inward Through Authentic Movement
Spiraling Inward Through Authentic Movement
A workshop for anyone wanting to explore the joy of
movement and creative expression
Sunday, October 30, 2022 10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
with Simona Aronow and Kate Adamson
The practice of Authentic Movement allows movement to unfold from the inner wisdom of the body, without expectation, embodying sensations, images, thoughts, and feelings. It is a creative practice of direct embodied knowing, of moving and witnessing.
When we put our attention on what is, we allow an organic unfolding and weaving that becomes our own personal dance. This dance can be expansive and active, a small gesture, or even stillness. What matters is allowing the unconscious truth of the moment to become conscious and expressed. As we honor this sacred body wisdom, we can access profound healing and inspiration.
Please join us in this process of expression and self-discovery as we journey inward, listen deeply, and allow space for what wants to be revealed.
All levels of experience welcome. If you have further questions about the practice, or want support deciding if this is right for you, please contact Simona: saronow@verizon.net
COST: $90
